"Rebirth: Transforming Life’s Endings into New Beginnings"

According to many books..like Shrimad Bhagwat Gita, rebirth is a process in which after our death the body dies but the soul is immortal and it never dies..so let us understand the process of rebirth ....
According to Shrimadbhagwatgita..chapter 2 shlok 23
Rebirth is often perceived as a grand, dramatic event, but it can happen in subtle, almost unnoticeable ways. Sometimes, rebirth occurs after significant life events a new job, moving to a new city, or overcoming a difficult phase in life. Other times, rebirth is an internal transformation, a mental or emotional shift that redefines who we are. It's about letting go of old patterns, behaviors, or even relationships that no longer serve us and embracing the opportunity to start fresh. Rebirth teaches us that our past doesn’t define us; instead, it becomes part of our journey toward growth. Every ending holds the potential for a new beginning, one where we can choose who we want to become. The beauty of rebirth lies in its power to transform us, teaching us to see life through fresh eyes and to embrace every change as a stepping stone toward our true selves.A biochemist or doctor would tell us that the individual cells in our body have a limited life span - from days to weeks, and a few years. Using sophisticated Carbon-14 dating methods, Dr. Frisen and his team of stem cells researchers in the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden, found that the average age of cells in an adult body would be between 7 and 10 years.
Considering this sober evidence, we can understand that as we age, our bodily cells are replaced regularly. Hence, we have a constantly changing body. However, our consciousness, of who we are, remains unchanging. Our identification of ourselves, “the I Consciousness” factor remains constant and unchanging. Even though we may develop changes in our likes and dislikes and thinking over the years, we always know who we are in the sense of personal continuity or personal “beingness.” Similarly, “I” - our consciousness is unchanging or immortal, and travels through many changing bodies in time.

Some Real stories of rebirth :
Shanti Devi
In the 1930s, Shanti Devi claimed to be the reincarnation of Lugdi Devi, a woman who had died 11 years earlier in Mathura. Shanti was able to provide many details about Lugdi's life, including her husband's name, the names of her in-laws, and the layout of her house. A commission set up by Mahatma Gandhi supported her claim, but another report disputed it.

Manisha
Manisha was born in Milakpur, Rajasthan, but told her parents that she was actually named Suman and that her parents were named Kamal and Santosh. She also told them that she had died of typhoid and lived in a three-story house near a Kamal mandir. Manisha was able to track down her "old" parents through relatives in two neighboring villages.

Rohit Kumar
Rohit Kumar died from drowning in a canal in Uttar Pradesh's Mainpuri district in 2013. Eight years later, he returned to his village and told villagers stories about reincarnation.
